Rokia Daghghar

Rokia Daghghar works with Big Fish since 2005. After a Human Resources specialized training (DESS Relations Humaines Université Versailles), she begun her carrier as import-export manager of a textile company based in Morocco. She moved to France as a recruitment manager for a Manpower agency near Paris, where she was in charge of interim positions and candidates for different sectors of activity. She works in the Recruitment Competency center, identifying, qualifying and integrating candidates for different customers. She also takes a very active part in the creation and animation of “soft skills” trainings. She led the project to publish the book “Nous les Acheteurs” , interviewing many purchasers and Procurement managers and sharing their passion for Purchasing. |

Véronique Hurtelle

With an MBA and Master’s degree in Purchasing, Véronique Hurtelle began her career in the ICT sector. After several positions in Germany and in the US, she moved to commodities and program Purchasing in the automotive, ICT and Business to Business (B2B) sectors. Familiar with direct materials and “resale” Purchasing, she has developed recruitment skills and career management counseling for buyers from Junior, to Top Management . She is also responsible for the Channels and Network Management where she builds close relationships with schools, association and with candidates in order to create a Purchasing community.

Nicolas Kourim

Nicolas
Kourim started in Purchasing and progressed
from Buyer to Purchasing Manager to
Group Purchasing Director before moving
into General Management as COO and
CEO of several medium-size corporations.
He is experienced in the electric,
electronic and hi-tech industries
and services. He also held several
International Management positions
in Germany, United States and France
for Siemens. Nicolas has set up 3
international companies from scratch,
one of which is involved in skills
assessment and skills development.
He is familiar with all aspects of
Strategic Purchasing & Resource
Management including Shared Services,
Outsourcing, and Restructuring/Business
Transformation. He has also been a
Coach and Trainer for several years
in Corporate and academic institutions. |

Luc Mora

Mora is a partner consultant and co-founder
of Big Fish.
With a solid Information Technology
background (Information Technology
Applied to Business Management diploma
. Paris IX Dauphine University) he
begun his career as a technical consultant
managing IT projects before embracing
a sales activity first in the mainframe
software before joining Digital Equipment
corporation as a strategic account
manager in France. He then joined
an international team pioneering Eastern
Europe and African market. He held
many management positions before joining
AXA group for a new carrier of Purchaser.
His latest position in New-York was
the corporate Software and Services
responsibility and then Corporate
Professional Services manager in Paris
for the AXA group. |

Alain Perrot

Alain
Perrot is a food engineer graduated
from ENSIA (National French School
for Food Industries) and has a MBA
from ESSEC. He has started his career
in 1984 in the Mars Group (Unisabi)
where he created the Industrial Engineer
function in the Strasbourg plant.
Then, he is successively appointed
Shift Manager, Financial Planning
Manager, Resourcing Manager and Business
Planning Manager of Unisabi. In 1992,
he is appointed Supply Chain Project
Manager Mars Petcare Europe. From
1992 to 1994, he reconfigures the
Supply Chain to bring it to "Class
A" level, and pionneers the implementation
of SAP R3 for the whole Supply Chain
(Planning, Logistics, R&D, Manufacturing,
Purchasing). In 1995, he joins Bestfoods
France as Logistics & Planning
Director, then takes charge of a plant
to make it the most agile plant of
Bestfoods Europe. In 1999, he joins
Air Liquide Welding, to create the
Supply Chain function, as Vice President
Supply Chain & Purchasing. |

Michel Philippart

Michel
Philippart started as a development
engineer. He joined Booz Allen after
his MBA. After 5 years he moved
to Frito-Lay International in Strategic
Planning then to Purchasing to develop
the first international purchasing
organization for PFI . In 2000, he
returned to consulting as an Associate
Principal with McKinsey's Purchasing
Practice. Recently, he has led Global
Procurement for GSK Biologicals.
He is a fellow of the ceSCM at UCL
teaches strategic procurement at various
schools in Belgium, Brazil, France
and the Maghreb. At Big Fish he oversees
purchasing training for corporate
teams that seek to improve their supplier
management focusing on value creation
rather than cost cutting. He co-authored
"Collaborative Sourcing: Strategic
value creation through collaborative
supplier relationship management",
and "Projeto de desenvolvimento de
embalagens industriais". He continues
to advance the science of Purchasing
through various articles for specialized
magazines and his collaboration with
advanced Purchasing training institutes. |

Agnieszka Piatkowska

Agnieszka Piatkowska
graduated from Leon Kozminski Aceademy
of Entrepreneurship and Management.
Her background is International Business.
Her past career was dedicated to business
operations of medium sized production
company in Poland. She was responsible
for development of new suppliers of
raw materials and subcontractors of
finished products across Europe and
Asia. She joined Big Fish in 2004 and
is responsible for setting and managing
the operation in Poland. She is also
a fonder of Association for Purchasing
Professionals. She is supporting consultants
in recruitment processes for Eastern
European processes. |

Sven Schoppelrey

Sven
Schoppelrey is the general manager
of the German branch of Big Fish.
After finishing his studies at the
Fachhochschule in Pforzheim and University
of South Carolina in Columbia, he
first started his professional life
in New York with Ferrostaal as sales
representative for industrial project
before he discovered his passion for
purchasing. In the next 20 years he
went in purchasing through all positions,
from buyer, senior buyer to commodity
and purchasing manger in corporate
departments and operational divisions
and finally vice president purchasing
with Siemens with a purchasing volume
of 2 Billion€. Before he joint Big
Fish, he was partner in a purchasing
and supply chain consulting company.
He developed his skills in Human Resources
and Purchasing Training as result
of a life long learning process. |

Jean Louis Viargues

Jean-Louis
Viargues was in Sales prior to joining
a French top business school (HEC)
to develop Corporate and Executive
education and was Managing Director
for several years. Later he joined
UAP to run the HR pool of Managers
before becoming VP of HR for the group.
After the acquisition by AXA he was
responsible for worldwide HR policy
and AXA's Corporate University. Since
2000 he set up 2 companies; one of
which is dedicated to HR Development
and Change Management. He is familiar
with all aspects and methods in the
area of Human Resources and Leadership.
As a Teacher and Trainer for the last
25 years in several well-known general
and specialized institutions (Management,
Purchasing, etc.), he has authored
several books about People Management
and Change. |
